Follow these 11 essential steps:

  1. Open Manager Dashboard - In the Employee Portal, switch to the Manager Dashboard view
  2. Go to "My Employees" - Select My Employees to see your team list
  3. Choose the employee - Click the employee you intend to terminate to open their record
  4. Select the HR Actions menu - Access HR Actions from the employee's profile
  5. Open the termination form - In the record, select Termination and click Terminate Employee
  6. Set status & date - Select Termination Status and Termination Date (When the COBRA popup appears, choose Yes, create record or No to terminate benefits)
  7. Fill core details - Complete Termination Reason, Last Day Worked (optional), Rehire Eligible (Yes/No), and check Disable Direct Deposit if needed
