Follow these 7 essential steps:
- Open Manager Dashboard - Switch to the Manager Dashboard view in the Employee Portal
- Go to New Hire Dashboard - Select New Hire Dashboard to open the hiring workspace
- Start a new hire - Click "Hire a New Employee" to launch the hiring form
- Enter employee details - Complete the required personal and contact fields
- Add pay information - Fill in compensation details, then click Save
- Send registration link - When the popup appears, send invite so the employee can finish their self-service registration
- Verify status - The employee now appears under the New Hires tab with a Hire Status indicator showing their progress through registration
