Follow these 6 essential steps:
- Open Manager Dashboard - In the Employee Portal, switch to the Manager Dashboard view
- Go to "My Employees" - Select My Employees to see your team list
- Choose the employee - Click the employee's name to open their record
- Select the HR Actions menu - Access HR Actions from the employee's profile
- Start Position Change - Select Position Change
- Enter details - Complete New Position, Start Date (effective date) - required, and Review Date - optional
- Save - Click Save to apply the change
