1. After signing into your portal, locate the Manager tab at the top of your screen and click it. A menu will appear along the left-hand side. From this list, choose New Hire Dashboard. This is where you’ll begin adding employee details and launching the onboarding process. Go ahead and click it now to open the form. Once it’s open, you’re ready to move into the next step.
2. Access the New Hire Dashboard to manage onboarding activities.
3. Begin adding a new employee by selecting 'Hire New Employee'.
From the New Hire Dashboard, you’ll see a list of employees already in progress. To add someone new, go to the top-right corner and select Hire New Employee. This opens the hiring form where you’ll enter key details for your new team member. Clicking here ensures the onboarding process begins correctly and all records are created in the system. Go ahead and select Hire New Employee to move forward.
